Carmel: Canine Paradise

In my next life, I want to come back as a dog.
A Carmel dog, that is!

Sid and Lexi livin' the dream on the beach in beautiful Carmel, California ...

Staying at Doris Day's Cypress Inn is a must!  Carmel's most dog friendly inn, wonderful service, food, gorgeous rooms, and luxurious features for humans and canines alike.  The homemade popovers at breakfast are reason enough to stay at "Doris' House"!

And remember to always live in the present as my Faithful Canine Companions Sid and Lexi do.  Every day is truly a gift!

    1. Agree. We all - humans and dogs alike - love our Carmel get aways. And staying at the Cypress Inn is a must. We've nicknamed it Doris' House.

    1. The come with us! Carmel is likely the most dog friendly city in the United States. Many restaurants have dog-friendly dining areas outside, inside, or sometimes both places. They Cypress Inn has dog-friendly dining areas both inside and outside. Restaurants will also fix food for your dog, such as a grilled chicken breast, hamburger patty, or steak. The best!
