Colored Deviled Eggs: Would you eat these?

I came across these photos of colored deviled eggs recently while doing some research for a recipe.

Question:  would you eat colored deviled eggs?

I like deviled eggs.  But the sight of colored devied eggs, even the thought of colored deviled eggs, is purely revolting to me.  Why treat a perfectly good hard boiled egg in such an egregious (or perhaps egg-regious!) fashion.

So I'm voting no and will add:  Poor eggies!

  1. All deviled eggs are gross.

  2. I made them for an Easter brunch one year. No one would eat them.

  3. No. Kind of takes colored Easter eggs to a whole new level, doesn't it?

  4. No. I made these once (blue eggs) for my 6 year old son's birthday party picnic. Waste of eggs. No kid would even touch them, many said gross.

  5. Thanks for all of your great comments so far!

  6. No. What would you do with the leftovers? Who would eat a blue egg salad sandwich, or blue egg macaroni salad?

    1. I thought the same thing. Or who would eat blue egg potato salad? Hopefully no one.

  7. I can handle green scrambled eggs and ham once a year for the kids. But these things, no.
